Milk Education is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate KS1 primary teacher for an exciting temp-to-perm role in a welcoming and supportive primary school. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is committed to creating engaging, inclusive, and inspiring learning experiences. About the Role:

  • Teaching a primary class (EYFS / KS1 depending on experience).
  • Planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Creating a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that supports learning and wellbeing.
  • Working closely with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and the wider school team.
  • Supporting children with a range of needs, including SEND and additional learning requirements.
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, term-time with additional planning and preparation responsibilities.
  • Temp-to-perm: After 12 successful weeks through Milk Education, the role moves directly to a school contract.

What We’re Looking For:

  • KS1 Primary Teacher Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong classroom management and the ability to inspire, motivate, and support pupils.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one through Milk Education).
  • Commitment to delivering inclusive teaching and supporting children of all abilities.
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to make a positive impact in a primary setting.
