Milk Education is seeking a dedicated Behaviour and Engagement Mentor to work in a partner specialist school, supporting pupils aged 11-16 with SEMH, trauma and behavioural needs. The role offers small class sizes and a pathway into permanent positions.
You will build trusting relationships, promote positive conduct and collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, therapists and families to raise attendance and learning outcomes. Hours are 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
