What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting whole-class learning or small intervention groups
  • Providing 1:1 SEN support for pupils with additional needs
  • Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom routines
  • Helping children build confidence, communication, and independence
  • Creating a positive, caring, and inclusive environment
