The Role

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Plan, prepare and assess lessons where required for long-term placements.
  • Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND, EAL and higher ability learners.
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes excellent behaviour and pupil progress.
  • Work collaboratively with school leaders, support staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for every child.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Proven experience teaching within UK Primary Schools across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
  • Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum and current assessment expectations.
  • Confidence planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons that promote excellent pupil progress.
  • Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to quickly establish positive routines and relationships.
  • A commitment to inclusive practice and supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND and EAL.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
  • The Right to Work in the UK.
