Milk Education is recruiting Learning Support Assistants for a specialist provision in Hackney. You will support pupils with anxiety, EBSA, autism and additional learning needs in a nurturing setting designed to help them access learning and rebuild confidence.
Ideal candidates have a degree in psychology, education or related fields, or are studying, with empathy, patience and the ability to build trust with vulnerable young people. Full training and DBS support are provided.
