What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for sales-focused, resilient individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed. Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential — we value attitude, motivation, and potential above all else.
You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, learning the foundations of recruitment before progressing to managing your own clients and candidates.
The Role
- Developing new business by contacting schools and promoting our services
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates into education roles
- Working towards and exceeding KPIs and performance targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Taking ownership of your desk and contributing to office growth
