Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:15am start (term time)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll kickstart your journey by supporting experienced consultants—sourcing talent, qualifying candidates, and helping fill key roles within schools.
  • Once trained, you’ll level up into a full 360° recruiter, working side by side with top billers who will mentor you and help you smash your goals.
  • You’ll confidently connect with schools, pitch our services, and build meaningful partnerships.
  • Responding to daily calls and emails
  • Sourcing and screening CVs across Primary, Secondary, and SEN sectors
  • Making high-energy introductory sales calls to schools
  • Hitting daily KPIs and revenue targets
  • Shortlisting top talent for live vacancies
  • Contributing to team meetings
  • Becoming a CRM whizz 🎯
