What You’ll Be Doing
- As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll kickstart your journey by supporting experienced consultants—sourcing talent, qualifying candidates, and helping fill key roles within schools.
- Once trained, you’ll level up into a full 360° recruiter, working side by side with top billers who will mentor you and help you smash your goals.
- You’ll confidently connect with schools, pitch our services, and build meaningful partnerships.
- Responding to daily calls and emails
- Sourcing and screening CVs across Primary, Secondary, and SEN sectors
- Making high-energy introductory sales calls to schools
- Hitting daily KPIs and revenue targets
- Shortlisting top talent for live vacancies
- Contributing to team meetings
- Becoming a CRM whizz 🎯
