The Role

  • Full-time Year 5 Class Teacher
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum
  • Creating an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where every child can succeed
  • Assessing, monitoring and supporting pupil progress
  • Working closely with the Year 5 team, support staff and Senior Leadership Team
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A creative and engaging teaching style
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Passionate about raising attainment and inspiring a love of learning
