Who We’re Looking For

- An experienced Teaching Assistant
- A passionate SEN Support Specialist
- A recent education graduate
- Someone with transferable experience in childcare, care work, youth work, coaching or similar.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting whole-class learning or small intervention groups
- Providing 1:1 SEN support for pupils with additional needs
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom routines
- Helping children build confidence, communication, and independence
- Creating a positive, caring, and inclusive environment

Requirements
- Experience working with children (school-based or transferable)
- A passion for education and helping children succeed
