Milk Education is supporting a mainstream 1-form entry primary school in NW10, Brent in appointing an experienced and committed Classroom Support Assistant. The role is primarily based in Year 6, with a strong focus on supporting pupils with EHCPs, including 1:1 support where required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for pupils with EHCPs
- Support pupils’ academic progress, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning
- Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support staff
- Implement and adapt support strategies to meet individual pupil needs
