We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a brand-new, independent school. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping to establish a nurturing, inclusive, and forward-thinking learning environment.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and pupils to support learning in and out of the classroom. You’ll play a vital role in helping students achieve their potential—academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils’ learning across a range of subjects and activities
- Work one-to-one or with small groups of students as needed
- Assist in the preparation of classroom resources
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to the wider life of the school
What We’re Looking For:
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
- Qualifications in education or childcare are desirable, but not essential
