Contract: Agency Role – Ongoing

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work within an ARP (Additional Resource Provision) at a welcoming mainstream primary school in Erith (DA18).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed, patient, and eager to make a real difference in children’s learning and development.

The Role:

  • Supporting children with a range of needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and other learning needs
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support
  • Helping children access the curriculum and develop key life and social skills
  • Encouraging independence and building confidence in a nurturing environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential)
  • A proactive, caring, and positive approach
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Must have Right to Work in the UK – we cannot offer visa sponsorship for this role
  • Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
