Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated class teacher to join our client schools and inspire young minds in either KS1 or KS2 As a key member of our teaching staff, you will create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and confidence in our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Foster a love for learning through interactive and hands-on teaching approaches.
- Differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of all students, ensuring progress and achievement.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Work closely with parents, guardians, and colleagues to support student learning and well-being.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.
- Uphold school policies, including safeguarding and behavior management.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
