Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated class teacher to join our client schools and inspire young minds in either KS1 or KS2 As a key member of our teaching staff, you will create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and confidence in our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Foster a love for learning through interactive and hands-on teaching approaches.
  • Differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of all students, ensuring progress and achievement.
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Work closely with parents, guardians, and colleagues to support student learning and well-being.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.
  • Uphold school policies, including safeguarding and behavior management.

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in KS1 or KS2 with a strong understanding of child development
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and support students in their learning journey.
  • Passionate about fostering a growth mindset and encouraging independent learning.
