Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils within the classroom.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Encourage pupils to stay focused, motivated and confident in their learning.
- Support children with additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD and SEMH.
- Use positive behaviour strategies to support pupils’ emotional regulation and wellbeing.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and encourage their independence.
- Support classroom organisation, preparation and learning resources.
- Monitor pupil progress, engagement and confidence.
- Work alongside teachers and support staff to create a positive learning environment.
