We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teacher to work within our client schools in Surrey. As a Supply Teacher, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of lessons in the absence of teaching staff. You will work closely with students and support staff, maintaining a positive and structured learning environment while ensuring that the lesson plans set by the absent teachers are effectively followed.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise students during lessons, ensuring they remain on task and follow the instructions provided by the teacher.
- Manage classroom behavior, ensuring a respectful and productive learning environment.
- Assist with the setup of classroom resources and materials for lessons.
- Support students with learning tasks, providing additional help where needed.
- Ensure students adhere to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding protocols.
- Supervise students during break times and lunchtime, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Provide feedback to the teaching staff regarding students' progress and behavior.
- Liaise with the school leadership team to ensure any issues or concerns are reported in a timely and professional manner.
