About the Role

As a Supply Primary Teacher, you will

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
  • Follow school planning or deliver pre-prepared lessons to ensure continuity of learning.
  • Create a positive and supportive classroom environment where pupils can thrive.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with each school’s behaviour policy.
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with a range of abilities and additional needs.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and school staff.
  • Provide feedback to class teachers on pupil progress and learning where required.
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, teaching and professionalism at all times.

About You

We’re looking for teachers who are

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) holders in the UK.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality primary education.
  • Confident teaching across the primary age range, or within their preferred key stage.
  • Flexible, reliable and able to adapt quickly to different school environments.
  • Strong classroom managers with excellent communication skills.
  • Committed to supporting every child to achieve their full potential.
  • Hold (or are willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
