About the Role
As a Supply Primary Teacher, you will
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
- Follow school planning or deliver pre-prepared lessons to ensure continuity of learning.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment where every child can succeed.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities, including those with SEND.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- Provide clear feedback on pupil progress where required.
- Maintain high standards of teaching, professionalism and safeguarding at all times.
About You
Weβre looking for teachers who are
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) holders in the UK.
- Passionate about delivering engaging and high-quality primary education.
- Confident teaching across the primary age range or within their preferred key stage.
- Flexible, reliable and able to adapt to different school environments.
- Strong classroom managers with excellent communication skills.
- Committed to helping every child achieve their full potential.
- Hold (or are willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
