Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a Primary School? Milk Education is working with Primary Schools across Sunderland, South Tyneside, Gateshead, North Tyneside and Durham, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
The Role
- Supporting pupils with their learning and development
- Providing 1:1 and small group support
- Supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs
- Assisting with phonics, literacy and numeracy
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
- Working alongside teachers and school staff
We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children, young people or adults in a professional capacity within the last 5 years
- Teaching Assistant experience is desirable
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
- Experience supporting SEND pupils is advantageous
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, reliable and adaptable approach
