Milk Education is working in partnership with a range of primary and secondary schools across Sunderland, South Tyneside, and Gateshead, and we are looking to recruit Qualified Teaching Assistants to join our growing team. The Role:
- Supporting pupils in the classroom under the direction of the class teacher
- Working with individuals or small groups to support learning
- Assisting pupils with additional needs where required
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
- A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or above)
- Experience working in a school setting (desirable)
- A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
