Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support a range of welcoming and inclusive Primary Schools.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will

  • Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
  • Deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups.
  • Support pupils with SEND, SEMH and additional learning needs.
  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
  • Promote positive behaviour and engagement within the classroom.
  • Adapt learning activities to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

About You

We’re looking for candidates who

  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Childcare or a related field.
  • Have previous experience working within a primary school setting.
  • Are confident supporting learning across the primary curriculum.
  • Have experience delivering interventions and small group work.
  • Are proactive, reliable and passionate about education.
  • Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Hold, or are willing to apply for, an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
