We’re currently recruiting for a KS2 Primary Teacher to work within welcoming and supportive Primary Schools, starting in September.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated teacher to inspire and support pupils during a crucial stage of their educational journey. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we would love to hear from you.
As a KS2 Primary Teacher, you’ll be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, preparing pupils for their next stage of education and creating a positive classroom environment where every child can succeed.
Your Main Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
Assess, monitor and track pupil progress to ensure every child reaches their potential.
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND.
Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.
Prepare pupils for statutory assessments where required.
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, support staff and senior leaders.
Contribute to the wider life of the school community.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
Strong knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum.
Experience delivering high-quality lessons in English, Maths and the wider curriculum.
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience and the requirements of the assignment.
