Milk Education is partnering with a number of welcoming primary and secondary schools across Sunderland, South Tyneside, and Gateshead to recruit enthusiastic Graduate Learning Support Assistants. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are considering a career in education, psychology, or teaching and want hands-on classroom experience supporting pupils.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis
  • Assisting pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
  • Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Gaining valuable experience ahead of teacher training or further study
