Milk Education is recruiting Graduate Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Sunderland and surrounding areas. Cover Supervisor Responsibilities

  • Supervise pre-prepared lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Support students in completing work set by the class teacher
  • Encourage pupils to stay engaged and focused throughout lessons
  • Build positive relationships with students and staff
  • Follow school behaviour and safeguarding policies
