Milk Education is recruiting a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work in welcoming Primary Schools. You will provide targeted one-to-one support for a pupil, helping access learning, build confidence and reach their full potential in the classroom.
Starting in September, you will collaborate with the class teacher, SENDCO and external professionals to support SEND needs, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH. The role emphasizes safeguarding, positive behaviour and inclusive learning.
