Milk Education are partnering with a high-performing secondary school in Hackney to recruit a dedicated Pastoral Assistant to support wellbeing, attendance, behaviour and personal development.

The role involves working within a proactive pastoral team to create safe, supportive and thriving learning environments.

The successful candidate will build strong relationships with pupils and families and deliver 1:1 and group interventions, liaising with teachers and external agencies as required.
