Are you passionate about supporting children with Autism in a therapeutic, holistic learning environment? Are you ready to make a meaningful difference within a school that truly prioritises wellbeing, inclusion, and personalised education? We are seeking Autism Learning Mentors to work within our partner Secondary and SEND schools in Darlington and Teesside. These exceptional settings offer a therapeutic curriculum and holistic approach to learning, incorporating elements such as Forest School, sensory-based learning, and creative interventions.
The schools benefit from amazing facilities, on-site therapists, and outstanding support from Senior Leadership, with numerous permanent opportunities available for the right candidates. This rewarding role focuses on supporting children with Autism and additional SEND needs, helping them regulate emotions, build confidence, and fully engage in their learning journey.
You’ll work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams to create a nurturing, structured environment where every child feels understood, valued, and empowered to succeed. By registering your interest, you’ll be added to our talent pool and contacted when suitable roles become available.
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
