Milk Education is partnering with a well-regarded primary school in Standish (WN6) to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Year 3 Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term role starting immediately. This role will be a temporary position until Easter 2026, with a view to transitioning to a permanent role.
This Year 3 Teaching Assistant role focuses on providing one-to-one support for a child with Autism. We are looking for someone patient, caring, and highly adaptable to meet the pupil’s individual learning requirements. You will play an important part in nurturing the child’s academic progress and emotional well-being within a supportive and structured school environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one support for a Year 3 pupil with Autism
- Keep the child engaged and on task throughout the school day
- Prepare daily resources and support learning activities
