Milk Education is recruiting a Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Reception pupil with SEND in a Richmond primary school from September 2026.

This full-time, long-term role offers the chance to work 1:1 with a pupil and collaborate with the school’s SENCO and teachers.

You will use EYFS strategies to promote communication, social interaction and independence, while providing a supportive, inclusive classroom environment.
