Milk Education is seeking a graduate to join our team as a Young Learner Development Assistant in primary schools from September.
You’ll support pupils academically, socially and emotionally, helping them build confidence and positive learning behaviours.
You’ll work across EYFS to KS2 with one-to-one, small group and whole-class support, delivering targeted interventions in reading, writing and maths, and assist teachers to create engaging inclusive lessons.
