The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging, personalised learning experiences and creating a nurturing, structured environment where pupils can develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with ASD.
- Adapt teaching strategies to support a range of communication, sensory, and learning needs.
- Create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment that promotes independence and confidence.
- Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress in line with EHCP targets and school expectations.

Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

- Ability to differentiate effectively and create individualised learning opportunities.
