SEN Class Teacher β ASD Specialist School Location: Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Milk Education is working in partnership with a specialist ASD school in Solihull that is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Class Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a rewarding opportunity for a qualified teacher who is committed to supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging, personalised learning experiences and creating a nurturing, structured environment where pupils can develop academically, socially, and emotionally. Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with ASD. Adapt teaching strategies to support a range of communication, sensory, and learning needs. Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress in line with EHCP targets and school expectations. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, SENCOs, and other professionals. Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues to support holistic development. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or within a specialist SEN setting. A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
