About the Role: Are you a Psychology Graduate passionate about inclusive education? In this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you’ll support pupils with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH challenges. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with behaviour management, social communication strategies, and child development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to pupils with SEN in and out of class.
  • Assist in the implementation of individual learning plans.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff.

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduates in Psychology, Criminology, Youth & Community Work, or related fields.
  • Non‑graduates with relevant experience in youth work, mentoring, or social care are also encouraged to apply.
  • A strong interest in working with young people who are at risk of entering the criminal justice system.
