Milk Education are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join a welcoming primary school in Sheffield.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for consistent afternoon work in a school environment, with hours that are ideal for fitting around other commitments.
The Role
As a School Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the school is clean, safe and welcoming for pupils and staff. Duties will include:

Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets and communal areas

Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors

Emptying bins and maintaining general cleanliness

Cleaning surfaces and high-touch areas

Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained throughout the school

Following the school's health, safety and hygiene procedures
We're Looking For
The successful candidate will ideally have:

Previous cleaning experience, preferably within a school or similar setting

A reliable and hardworking attitude

Good attention to detail

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness

A positive and professional approach
Previous school cleaning experience is desirable but not essential as training can be provided for the right person.
