We're recruiting permanent, talented, committed Level 3 Nursery Practitioner professionals to join a thriving group of nurseries based across Sheffield and Chesterfield. With three well-established settings and growing demand, we're looking for practitioners who bring energy, professionalism, and real impact to their childcare practice.

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 (or above) EYFS Childcare qualification – must count towards early years ratios.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on childcare experience.
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, completing 8-hour shifts (excluding breaks) within 07:15–18:00.
  • Local to S8 or S43, OR able to commute reliably from Rotherham, Chesterfield, or Dronfield.
  • Driving licence essential if not based local to the nurseries or be able to commute.

  • Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and child development.
