The Role: As a Principal Consultant, you’ll be set on a clear path to progress, with goals in place from the start to help you advance up the progression ladder to Managing Consultant level —if that’s the direction you wish to pursue. In your role as a 360 Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment cycle, including client relationship management, candidate sourcing, full-cycle recruitment, market analysis, and business development. You’ll play a key role in driving success through end-to-end engagement with both clients and candidates, ensuring growth and excellence in every step of the process.
