The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Liverpool HQ! We’re hiring across Primary, Secondary, and SEND divisions with area with HUGE potential for the right person.
As a Senior Consultant, you\’ll manage a full 360 desk, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. There’s a clear progression path to Principal Consultant or Team Lead if that’s your goal.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Business development & market mapping
- Building strong client relationships
- Sourcing and screening top candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process
- Delivering consistent, high-quality service
