Milk Education are recruiting a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional learning needs in a vibrant primary school in Wimbledon.
This role would suit someone passionate about helping children reach their full potential within an inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support.
- Support pupils with Autism, ADHD and speech and language needs.
- Work alongside the class teacher to deliver tailored interventions.
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
- Help create an engaging and safe learning environment.
- We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people.
- A patient, empathetic and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience supporting SEND is desirable but not essential.
- A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
