We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) school setting in Haringey, Enfield, Barnet, and Brent. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting students with SEMH, behavioral challenges, and additional learning needs in an alternative learning environment. Key Responsibilities: * Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students, promoting engagement in learning and personal development. * Assist in implementing tailored educational and behavioral support plans for students with a range of needs. * Manage challenging behaviors calmly and constructively, using positive reinforcement techniques. * Work closely with teachers, behavior mentors, and SEN staff to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. * Support students in developing self-regulation, social skills, and academic confidence.
