Milk Education is recruiting a dedicated SEMH Learning Support Assistant to join a wonderful specialist secondary school in the NE16 area. You will provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs, helping them engage in lessons and re-engage with learning. The role starts 1st September 2026, full-time, Monday to Friday, with training available. The school values resilience, empathy and positive relationships, and you will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams.
