We’re working closely with a range of supportive and well-regarded secondary schools across Leeds who are seeking passionate subject specialists to join their teams for a variety of opportunities, including day-to-day supply, long-term cover, and temp-to-perm placements.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering high-quality lessons in your subject specialism, following the national curriculum
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a safe, respectful learning environment
- Supporting pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND or additional needs
- Collaborating with department leads and support staff to drive student progress
- Adapting teaching approaches to engage and inspire diverse learners
- Contributing to the wider school community with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
- Secondary subject specialism (e.g. English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, etc.)
- Strong classroom management and confident curriculum knowledge
- A positive, proactive, and inclusive approach to teaching
- A genuine passion for education and student development
