Milk Education is seeking a dedicated and inspiring Maths Teacher to join a welcoming Secondary School in Worksop. This part-time role (3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to make a real impact helping students build confidence, develop strong numeracy skills and achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging KS3, KS4 and KS5 Maths lessons.
  • Adapt high-quality resources to support mixed-ability learners.
  • Motivate and inspire pupils to develop essential mathematical skills and enjoy learning.
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes progress and good behaviour.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff and Milk Education to deliver a well-sequenced curriculum experience.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
  • Strong knowledge of the KS3–KS5 Maths curriculum
  • Experience teaching in a secondary school setting (ECTs welcome)
  • Excellent behaviour management and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Ability to build strong rapport with students and staff
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
