Milk Education are seeking a committed and resilient Maths teacher to join a dedicated department in a Secondary school in South Yorkshire. The role will be teaching KS3 and KS4 Maths, with the expectation to plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons to support students in developing a strong understanding of Mathematical concepts. This is a full-time position, starting ASAP, with the opportunity to become permanent if successful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure effective learning outcomes
- Uphold the values and standards of Milk Education and our partner schools
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Specialism in Mathematics – able to teach to KS3 and KS4
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to build rapport with students and staff
