Are you confident, adaptable, and ready to step into the classroom? We’re looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Manchester and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or anyone with a strong can-do attitude who wants to make a difference in education.

What you’ll be doing in the role;

* Supervise students in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring a calm, productive learning environment.
* Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
* Manage student behaviour, maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere.
* Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students.

Essential Qualifications:

* Experience working with young people aged 11–16 in a school, youth work, or similar environment.
* Minimum of Grade C / Level 4 or above in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
* Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant
