Your Main Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Preparing and assessing student work in line with the school’s curriculum
- Differentiating lessons to meet the needs and abilities of individual students
- Building positive relationships with students and maintaining high expectations
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and consistently
- Monitoring student progress and providing appropriate support and intervention
- Working collaboratively with the Maths department and wider school team
Requirements or Skills
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience teaching Maths at secondary school level
- Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4 Maths
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
- A professional and engaging classroom presence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine commitment to supporting students to achieve their full potential
- ECTs and experienced Maths Teachers are welcome to apply

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
