Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Classroom Assistant to join our team supporting secondary schools across a few of our schools in the Surrey area.
As a classroom assistant, you’ll be working across a range of Primary & Secondary schools based within your local area that specialize in SEN settings. Supporting teachers with lesson prep, managing classroom activities, and providing individual or small-group support to students, focusing on literacy, numeracy, behaviour, and social-emotional development. You will help create a positive learning environment, work with children with special needs, and sometimes supervise activities outside the classroom. You will be provided with a variety of lesson plans to support your teaching and ensure that you are prepared no matter what is thrown at you.
