- Achieving and exceeding targets – Taking full ownership of your KPIs and hitting them consistently
- Managing your pipeline – Developing new client opportunities and expanding your book of business
- Using cutting-edge tools – Leveraging CRM and sales systems to maximise efficiency and impact
- Owning your desk – Building relationships, securing repeat business, and becoming a trusted partner to clients and candidates
- Flexible start times – Choose your start time between 7:15am and 9:00am to suit term-time schedules
