Are you a recent Psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in education or mental health? We’re seeking a passionate Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students with additional needs in a welcoming school in Reading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with SEN and SEMH needs in class and small groups
- Work with teachers and the SENCO to implement support strategies
- Help children build confidence, focus, and emotional regulation skills
- Observe behaviour and learning progress to support student development
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology or related field
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
