The Role
As a
Learning Support Assistant (LSA) , you’ll
- Support students
- Help students regulate emotions, build resilience, and re‑engage with education
- Use restorative practices to encourage positive behaviour
- Work alongside therapists and staff in a holistic, trauma‑informed environment
What We’re Looking For
- Graduates in Psychology, Criminology, Youth & Community Work, or related fields.
- Non‑graduates with relevant experience in youth work, mentoring, or social care are also encouraged to apply.
- A strong interest in working with young people who are at risk of entering the criminal justice system.
