Milk Education is seeking an Early Reading Intervention Assistant for Darlington to support young learners in developing confidence in early reading and phonics. You will deliver Read Write Inc. sessions and work with Year 1 and 2 pupils to improve phonics outcomes.
The role focuses on targeted small-group or 1:1 support, tracking progress and feedback to class teachers, with a commitment to safeguarding and DBS checks in line with guidance. A teaching assistant qualification is desirable.
